Currently employing more than 900 employees in a wide variety of roles including operations, glazing, commercial, driving, manufacturing, engineering, and support services. Now they are on the hunt for a Senior Customer Service Representative The purpose of this position is to assist with overseeing a high performing customer services team, ensuring that the team deliver accurate order entry process, highly effective communication processes with manufacturing and exceptional customer relationship and sales support services which meet our clients' strategic objectives. The Customer Services team are the key conduit between the customer and the factory, ensuring all processing instructions are conveyed to the relevant areas of production and keeping customer informed of progress of their orders through to completion. To be successful in this Senior Customer Service opportunity we are looking for the following: » 3+ years previous experience within a customer service environment » Proven ability to drive improvement in performance » Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills » Ability to build respect and reputation with everyone you encounter » Provide front line support to both internal and external customers » Proven problem solving and decision making » Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously To be successful in these positions, a Ministry of Justice Check, Pre-employment drug test and Two Verbal References must be satisfactory prior to commencement of this position.
