This organisation is a diverse and energetic organisation that provides services to support the delivery of training, continuing professional development, and health policy and advocacy on behalf of more than 17,000 Fellows and 8000 Trainees, across Australia and New Zealand. tasks • Gain a detailed knowledge of program accreditation requirements and identify ways to streamline processes. • Create and maintain electronic records, including data entry of applications and assessments of training settings. • Prepare briefings and reports to go to the appropriate Committees for determination on accreditation processes and decisions including correspondence to settings of the Committee decision. • Evaluate processes and procedures for delivery of accreditation design improvement strategies. • Contributing towards projects as required, for example Training Provider Accreditation Renewal, communication campaigns, online resources, business process transformation. • Coordinate the reviews and accreditation processes for Basic and Advanced training programs including accreditation criteria. expertise & practice • High level written and oral communication expertise, including reports and briefs, policy/process documentation, and presentations Personal characteristics required • Demonstrated capability to prioritise work, meet deadlines, managing a range of complex tasks in a changing work environment while maintaining an attention to detail. • Demonstrated capability to plan, support and organise others to ensure the completion of tasks. • capability to work flexibly and demonstrate initiative. This person needs to have excellent written and verbal communication expertise with outstanding attention to detail and able to manage a busy workload.
