Our function We are seeking for a Principal Advisor to engage, influence and develop strategically aligned initiatives to strengthen organisational culture and effectiveness and ensure K?inga Ora is prepared to meet current and future workforce demands and challenges. Bring your practice in significant engagement and working in partnership to leverage insights and recommend actions to elevate the voices of our people and help achieve our business goals.
