This role operates on a 4 day on 4 day off rotational roster with 12 hour shifts which works well for our Kai Awina as they can switch off from their role during their RDO'S & spend time with Friends & Whanau. Requirements: » Full Drivers License » First Aid Certificate » High computer literacy » Fully vaccinated and boosted » 1- 3 Years' experience as a support worker (Youth, Adult, Aged care) » Have or be prepared to study towards Level 4 qualification in mental health or level 5 in social services Services » Demonstrates a high level of oral and written skills » Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
