IMPACT MANAGER | STARSHIP FOUNDATION
The team at the Starship Foundation is focused on better health and brighter futures for the children of New Zealand by inspiring public generosity and funding impact programmes that save and extend lives, keep children out of hospital, support patient and family well-being and ensure no child is left behind.
The Impact Manager will contribute to the strategic imperative of Philanthropic enablers through the use of extraordinary storytelling, actionable foresights and impactful investment.
This is a pivotal function which supports sustainable and transformative earnings growth via Starship Foundation's impact, new earnings modes and industry collaboration.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Business and managing the Impact & Grants Executive, the Impact Manager will facilitate transparency and connections with Starship Child Health clinicians and families for all major impact programmes.
You will work with internal partners and external agencies and draw on best practice to develop appropriate tools, processes and practices to collect, interpret and report Starship Foundation impact in a significant way.
Relationships are critical for this function, the Impact Manager will develop and maintain strong multilevel relationships for all major impact programmes that result in advocacy, transparency for the organisation, impact reporting, access to families and clinicians and delivery of key grant milestones.
You will have 5 or more years in either a commercial, CSR or philanthropy environment combined with strong analytical and numerical capability and measurement reporting expertise.
You will be an outstanding communicator and relationship manager and skilled at managing multiple and complex projects. A high level of cultural competency is also essential.
This is a full time, fixed term contract until January 2022, located in Grafton, Auckland and Starship Foundation will consider a range of options for some flexible and home-located working.
