Oaks Hotels & Resorts Queenstown is currently seeking confident, professional and well organised Guest Services Agents to join our front office team.

As the face of Oaks you will be responsible for providing an outstanding guest practice from the point of reservation to departure by demonstrating a commitment to service excellence and guest satisfaction.

You will have:
   » Availcapability to work on a rotating roster, Monday to Sunday (between 6.00am and 11pm).
   » Immaculate personal presentation.
   » Professional interpersonal and communication expertise.
   » A passion for delivering exceptional, pro-active customer service.
   » Full training will be provided.
