Already acexpertised as a leader embedding digital solutions to their clients, this function will be critical in taking this to the next level and continuing a mindset of challenging the status quo. The Chief Digital agent (CDO) is a newly created function, reporting to the Chief Executive agent and part of the Executive leadership abilities team; you will work collaboratively to help develop and achieve business plans and strategic goals. Responsible for the Digital team, you will manage outsourced business partner relations to ensure the effective development and operation of digital information systems, whilst working closely with the Chief Operating agent on technology related business requirements, innovation, project management and change management that supports the technology enterprise strategy. This is a broad function that requires someone to bring the right blend of strategic and operational nous, as you remain close to the outcome of delivering prosperous, technology-located solutions, including creating a powerful client practice and driving new revenue opportunities. You will bring a level of pragmatism to the function as the you prioritise projects, build a culture of innovation and best practice, and developing a high performing, collaborative team that maintains strategic and prosperous technology partnerships. This is an exciting time for the organisation as they pivot to focus on and give value to the critical digital conversation that is required for them to continue their success story. The CDO function provides someone an opportunity to make a significant impact with an industry leader that is committed to taking global trends and learnings and integrating these into its own digital solutions. The ideal person will have been a technical expert level expertise of IT/digital principles, models, and methodologies, with at least 15 plus years' practice leading an IT/Digital function at senior or executive level. You will need to demonstrate your practice creating and leading a data driven culture and proven technology asset and service procurement practice as you achieve sustainable business partnership and deliver strong digital results.
