The opportunityThe work we do in the MSD Architecture Practice helps to enable the Ministry and its partners to deliver critical social services to improve the lives of New Zealanders. With a newly refreshed Technology Strategy, and the need for significant organisational change over the next decade, we're looking to expand our Infrastructure Architecture team.As an Infrastructure Architect, you'll share an important part of shaping the technology direction that delivers New Zealand's social services. Yo will have a wide sphere of influence across the Ministry. You will be a part of one of the largest Information technology groups in the country, with the size and capcapability to make a major contribution to New Zealand society through innovative technology. Both functions, one working as a network focused Infrastructure Architect, are focused on driving and developing the strategic technology roadmaps for Technology Products and other foundational systems, which need to undergo significant change to enable our Ministry's new strategic direction. Review and enhance the solution design practice for the platform teams to ensure technology solutions are flexible, agile and innovative. Develop and drive the strategic technology roadmaps for Technology Products and other foundational systems. In conjunction with the wider Architecture Practice, set the technology direction for the Ministry.
