About the Role

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be joining a team of highly dedicated, supportive, and adventurous employees. You will work closely together to ensure that each passenger has a positive experience on their journey. You will perform a range of duties including but not limited to:
   » Supporting passengers at check-in
   » Supporting the crew and airline staff during the boarding process
   » Checking in luggage and ensuring this is completed in a timely fashion
   » Offering general customer services to all passengers
Your day will involve variety, which will keep your day compelling and stimulating, combined with the satisfaction of knowing that you are continuously enhancing and streamlining the experience for travelers.

   » Valid NZ Restricted or Full Drivers Licence
   » Available a minimum of 20 hours per week
   » You're focused on delivering exceptional and safe service
   » Great organisation and time management skills
   » Possess basic - intermediate computer skills
