The Cardrona Hotel requires a Chef de Partie to work in our busy kitchen this spring season. We are seeking for a motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen.
The candidate we seek is required to have a minimum of 2 years practice in a similar environment. This is an interesting function with a good mix of menu styles. 
An immediate start is available. However, we require a minimum availcapability of September to mid-December and a longer contract will be possible if appropriate to both parties. 
This position is full time, 40+ hrs per week.
Enjoy the end of the ski season, get out your MTB and paddle board when the weather warms up, unpack the climbing gear and enjoy the area in spring and summer.
Accommodation is available to the right candidates.
A valid work visa must be held by any potential staff. However, sponsorship may be available to the right person.
