The function You’ll provide level 1 and 2 technical support for all business customers, and provide the top-notch support for hardware and software issues. • Provide support for hosted services in operation • Build, configure, support and maintain PCs • Ensure systems are properly maintained and ungraded, including anti-virus, back-ups, imaging and patching • Provide remote and onsite end user support • answer incoming calls and email and action and transfer or log jobs immediately • Plan and prioritise your workload recording actions in the CRM.
