Our client is a well-established financial organisation and is seeking somebody to join their business temporarily to handle administrative tasks within investments and lending. You will be part of an energetic team of Finance Lending Specialists, responsible for validating and processing high volume applications  in a timely manner as well as assisting in process improvements. You will need to enjoy following process, policy and instructions to ensure consistent and accurate data management is maintained at all times. Previous practice in a finance/banking related function with admin tasks and highly developed communication expertise - both verbal and written - will be the key to your success!
tasks of the function:
   » Updating client information via phone and email
   » Ensuring all existing client data is entered correctly across multiple systems
   » Processing loan applications
   » Complete processing and approval of loan documentation in a timely manner
What We are seeking for:
   » Practical practice working with loans or in Lending Space
   » Over 2 years of finance customer support practice
   » Self-motivated
   » Great attention to detail
   » Exceptional communications expertise
   » Strong Microsoft Excel and Word expertise

this function is open to all candidates located in NZ and who have at least 12 months left on their visa.
The function is a long term temporary function and you will be working from Monday to Friday during business hours.
