The 35th annual Ng? Taonga Toi a Te Waka Toi (Te Waka Toi Awards) will celebrate and recognise the artistic excellence, achievement and contribution of M?ori artists working in customary and contemporary M?ori arts.
Three of these awards are open for public nomination:
   » Ng? Manu P?rere award (an emerging artist showing promise and potential in their chosen artform)
   » Ng? Tohu Haut?tanga - Making a Difference award (recognises leadership abilities and outstanding contribution to the development of new directions in M?ori art)
   » Toi Iho P?manawa award (lived practice of discapability and is making a national or international arts contribution)

Nominations close Monday 21 June, 1pm.
