Policy framework & rewrite existing »Large social services organisation, Remuera/Epsom location The Employer Our client has over 1,000 employees nationwide and provides a wonderful range of services that are located on client results. The function • We are seeking for an practiced Policy Writer to support our client organisation to firstly develop a policy framework for them and then to reorganise and rewrite existing policies Key Tasks • Working with the Senior leadership abilities Team you will create a Policy framework for Governance and Operations • Review current policies and ensure a cohesive set of policies that reflect the organisation’s needs and practices • Create/refine standard templates for policy documents • Where necessary draft new policies in consultation with subject matter experts Develop a Policy Framework that contains the following: • Policy hierarchy • Policy and procedure development process • functions and responsibilities • Discovery • Policy Storage & Access You • This fixed term function will suit a candidate who enjoys policy writing, reviewing and reframing an organsiations policies • An HR background or having covered this piece of work too is advantageous • Will enjoy procedural work as much governed by legislation Offer • You can mange this around other work/commitments • Work in the house/office mix • Start after lockdown, online interview now • Pro rata income or you may be an Independent Contractor • 25hrs week minimum pls • Supporting the CEO via the Board Secretary • Will enjoy supporting ‘a great cause’ This is a great opportunity within a well-known organisation who value their staff highly!
