We are an independently owned family farm located 30 minutes from Nelson, 8 minutes from Motueka. START DATE: approx. 11th October till mid december. We expect you to average at least $25.00 per hour and if your good $50-60.00 per hour. Hop training is a task for the fit and motivated. Move from plant to plant, select a couple of bines to wrap around a string, chop chop excess off with your cutty cutty and go onto the next one.... repeat! Easy! Piece rates per plant - with discretionary bonuses for meeting specific targets and quality standards. Aiming for $0.70-$0.87 per plant. Conditions apply.
