Seeking an ambitious sales rep who is proactive & hungry; trades exp ideal; ambition & energy key; join an industry leader; stcapability assured
This is a great opportunity for a sales rep to negotiate a package located on your level of practice. The ideal candidate will be at the early to intermediate stages of their sales career, who has practice calling directly on plumbers, builders and related distributors, seeking the next step in your career. A clear career path assured, for a great sales professional with energy and great people expertise. The right person will have had some practice with some bathroom/plumbing located product in sales, and enjoy nurturing these professional relationships, along with those of your internal team.
You will be taking control of existing accounts and essentially throwing your energy into growing this space with a passion for delivering an exceptional product and service. This is a function for an ambitious and driven Sales Representative, who has an excellent attitude and team player approach. Honesty and loyalty are well compensateed here, and management is made up of genuine highly respected industry leaders, with decades of practice and stcapability in the market. Despite – or even because of Covid, my client has growth forecast and an exciting future as an essential service provider.
You will be responsible for maintaining and developing key relationships with local merchants, retailers and architects as well as builders and key stakeholders in greenfields projects. To be prosperous in this function you will need to bring proven promise as a sales person in the trades sector. You will need practice in this industry to be considered for this function, either sales, or plumbing with an interest to develop your sales persona.
My client is seeking someone at the early to intermediate stage of your sales career, who will be happy with some travel days each month (not exceeding 6) You may have worked in a sales function in the trades and have an inquiring and ambitious approach, and know yourself to be a strong key player with the capability to work autonomously and to the highest standard. You will be very well presented, with excellent relationship expertise and understand the need to prioritise follow through with valuable stakeholders.
