Due to an internal promotion, they are looking for a vibrant and motivated Receptionist/Administrator to join their busy team. This role will initially be fixed term until October 2021. The hours are Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 2.30pm. The key responsibilities of the role include: » Answering incoming phone calls » Greeting and assisting visitors » Making coffee/tea for meetings » Banking duties » Opening and distributing mail » Data entry » Basic accounting functions » Assisting the Shipping Coordinator » General administration duties To be successful you will have the following: » Professional presentation » Excellent phone manner » Well developed communication skills with the ability to relate to a wide range of people » Strong organisational skills » Proficiency in MS Word/Excel with the ability to pick up new systems quickly Being Front of House, this is a pivotal role in their organisation therefore we are looking for someone with a high level of professionalism.
