Best in class training will be given but what is essential is that the successful candidate can demonstrate a strong commitment to Health & Safety and Food Safety. An ideal candidate would come with the following: » Willingness to learn and develop within the business. » Can work as part of a team but also have the initiative to work unsupervised. » Commitment to high standards of safety, quality and production. We're also looking for: » Reliability in both attendance and punctuality » A strong can-do attitude » Strong communication skills » Proactive with an action-oriented attitude » Adaptable and flexible Hours of Work: Rotating Shift, Shift 1: 6.00am - 4.00pm & Shift 2: 4.00pm - 2.00am, Monday - Thursday. Friday is Rostered Day Off. These shifts are on a rotation of 4 weeks, so 4 weeks on 1st shift then 4 weeks on 2nd shift.
