They are now looking for a Retail Partner Manager, with a 12-month contract, potential being extended. You will be able to work entirely remotely, with a wonderful integration team member across the world, along with the amazing organization to advance your career prospect. About the team: The team is responsible for setting an overall business strategy in important markets, assuring channel and partner launch preparation, and managing quarterly and long-term business planning. We collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, business development, and supply chain to create the company's operating system. This includes relationship management, strategy, P&L planning, and day-to-day execution. Key responsibilities: » Develop, build and manage business relationships with retail partners and gain exposure to partners' business initiatives to positively impact platform ecosystem growth. Work with stakeholders to influence sell-out and purchase experience in stores and online. » Recognize the important levers that affect goals, spending, returns on investment, and store involvement. » Implement and operationalize new field programs and field execution standards for product launches, assisted selling, merchandising training, and mystery shopping. » Develop mechanisms and processes to collect data from several sources and provide metrics and quality feedback to the business on key opportunities identified and recommendations Qualifications/ Experiences : » A bachelor's degree or the equivalent in real-world experience » Experience in working within a retailer (eg category buyer) or engaging with retailers Relationship management experience » Strong cross-functional collaboration Desired person : » Experience in consumer electronics » Experience managing or working knowledge of retail P&L If this sound like your dream job, please APPLY NOW or contact me - Binh, via my email: E-Mail: bnguyen@adecco.co.nz.
