I am currently recruiting exclusively for an practiced Finance Coordinator, who will be responsible for delivering Accounts Payable, Receivable and Expense Management processes.
Other tasks Include:
   » Accounts Payable; management of vendors, uploading data interfaces, monitoring transactions for data integrity, preparation of payment files, processing of manual and electronic invoices
   » Accounts Receivable; contact with business units for raising of invoices, processing received funds and untertaking of debtor management
   » Management of issuance of credit cards, ensure the appropriate use of these by staff and manage POS transactions to achieve procurement objectives
   » Manage/monitor expense management system modues, transactions including establishing and updating users, work flow, alerts, exception reports and policy compliance
Ideal practice:
   » Previous practice in a similar Financial Services function, including AP, AR and expense management tasks
   » A customer focussed working style, with high numerical and accuracy located expertiseets
   » Previous expertise of FMIS systems, with the capability to plan and organise your own workload prosperously
   » Competent across the MS Suite, particularly MS Excel to an Intermediate level
