About the Position
This position has become available due to an internal promotion, therefore requires an immediate start in order to have a thorough handover.
this function will see you liaising between in house team members and their most valued clients, meaning you’ll be working with a wide variety of different people across the country making every day different. Although actually being on the phone is only a small percentage of the function, relationship building and communicating will come naturally to you as you’ll be a key point of contact for both in-house team members and external parties.
You’ll have a real eye for detail and an accuracy with numbers, working with small to large scale commercial accounts and will be a whizz when Information technology comes to reconciling orders, checking PO numbers and tying up loose ends making sure everything checks out at the end of the day. Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise are essential as reporting will play a large part of the function.
To be prosperous in this position, you will have:
   » Previous customer service/client liaison practice (open to industry background)
   » Strong Excel; intermediate to advanced abilities
   » A confidence to pick up the phone! You'll be a natural at building rapport both via phone & email and in person with internal colleagues
   » Excellent relationship management expertise; a top-notch communicator
   » High level of numerical and analytical capability + accuracy
   » A great sense of humour and passion for working with people
