Take a lead function in enabling ACC to develop a customer practice culture and embed our customer strategy across the business.
We want all people in New Zealand receive the support they need to avoid injury and manage their own wellbeing.
As Customer Solutions Lead you will deliver customer practice skills, advice and guidance to the business through the development of strong delivery partnerships. This will enable the business to have the right resources, skills, insights and tools so they can continuously and improve customer practice and results.
this function works in partnership with senior leaders across ACC (including functions such as Value Stream Owners, Product Managers and Product Owners) to ensure customer strategy, research, insights and tools inform the prioritisation, design and delivery of change and deliver improved customer results and practice.
We’re committed to Te Tiritio Waitangi by providing space for m?tauranga M?ori located approaches to lead, support and develop approaches, tools, actions and expertise that creates space for M?ori and Tangata Tiriti (non-M?ori).
Our Te Tiritio Waitangi direction is guided by the Wh?ia Te Tika – ‘Pursue What is Right’ – M?ori Strategy. Information technology illustrates our commitment to improve M?ori access, practice and results through our function managing the ACC scheme.
What We are seeking for from you to be prosperous in this function:
   » Success in leading improvements to customer practice and enabling effective customer prioritisation decisions
   » The capability to translate insights into design thinking and service solutions
   » A collaborative approach to working at a senior level and the capability to engage people at all levels
   » Demonstrated capability to develop and deliver sound strategic plans that balance the interests of customers and stakeholders
   » practice in partnering with internal and external stakeholders
   » Highly effective influencing and negotiation skills
   » Previous practice as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or delivery manager
