The ideal midwife would have an equity lens, is comfortable working in a MDT setting and advocates for Wh?nau M?ori, able to work 0.8 - 1.0 FTE, has broad midwifery practice (primary, secondary and high risk complex cares + home birth) who embodies Te Ao M?ori or has a desire to learn. We also have an option for a LMC contract while supporting the case-loading team.
