Our group, Business Enablement and Support aims to deliver well-connected, efficient, and effective corporate services that enable our people to do their best work every day. The essential services, support, tools, and resources we provide help make the Ministry a great place to work.
About this function
The Advisor supports the Haut?, Te Puna Rangat?p? – Deputy Secretary of the corporate group. The functions are fast paced, varied and action orientated.
Key responsibilities include:
   » developing and maintaining a rolling programme of priority activities across BE&S and ensure appropriate communications and planning considerations are addressed
   » coordinating responses to OIAs, PQ’s
   » providing the support to the Principal Advisor to monitor risks and issues related to the Office of the Deputy Secretary work
   » Analysing data and information and preparing written information to a good standard
   » Providing advice on emerging risks and issues to the Deputy Secretary BE&S and the BE&S Senior leadership abilities team
this function is an important part of the liaising and communicating with a range of key stakeholders from all over the business, government, and sector.
