We have a great fixed-term opportunity for a People and Capcapability Advisor, supporting ourOnboarding,P&Cand transition team to deliver outstanding people services and solutions across ourCOVIDfrontlineand support unit.
Reporting to the People, Capcapability and Transition Manager, you will be working collaboratively with both employees and management, to provide advisory support and guidance around decision-making and improving the continuing employee practice.

Working across the entire employeelifecyclethis function will workproactivelywith people leaders to help buildHRcapcapability, manage low level employment relations matters, and contribute to the development and monitoring of policies and procedures; whilst always working to best practice and directly contributing to meet surge capacity requirements.
this function will play a key part in supporting the unique needs of our business including the following:
   » Onboardingand transitioning large numbers of people within shorttimeframes, with little or no notice
   » Supporting frequently changing business services, systems and processes in a fast paced, dynamic environment
   » Ensuring best practice solutions and process have tangible impacts to new to employees
   » Working across recruitment processes, advisory,onboarding,offboardingand administration/ hygiene projects to meet business needs
About you –Peheakoe
Proven practice in a Human Resource (HR) / People and Capcapability (P&C) Advisory position including sound working knowledge and practical application of employment legislation,HRsystems and processes. Exposure to volume recruitment,onboardingand transition organisations is also significant. You will have project management capabilities to manage multiple projects, competing priorities and diverse stakeholders, along with a degree in Human Resources.
Also essential to this function are the following:

   » capability to lead, influence, motivate others in a positive and constructive way
   » capability to manage stressful situations effectively and use sound judgement
