We are pursuing an practiced Chef de Partie or Sous Chef who is a passionate hospitality professional. Growth opportunity available.
If you have previous practice and can lead a team in a busy commercial kitchen and are looking for a new challenge, then we want to speak with you.
function:  
* Kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, policies, procedures and clean-up.  
* Insure correct prep levels and quality are maintained.
* Ensure food safety program is strictly adhered to. 
* Work with FOH to maximise service levels and customer satisfaction. 
* Maintain kitchen equipment and stock. 
* Collaborate with the Manager and owners to align kitchen operations with the overarching goals of this establishment and the group.
Must hold a current work visa or be a NZ resident.
Competitive hourly rate.
