Key Benefits: » Competitive pay rates » New purpose-built factory » Wellbeing programs » Opportunity for growth » Supportive team » Safe working environment » Continuous training » Stable job in turbulent times Responsibilities: » Set up, adjust, and operate press or laser machines. » Consult drawings and specifications to provide input for design and manufacturing improvements. » Identify and recommend process improvements to reduce machining time while maintaining accuracy. » Ensure machines and work areas meet required standards. » Perform operational maintenance and troubleshoot machine faults. » Maintain product quality standards. » Adhere to Health and Safety practices. Requirements: » Experience in a production press or laser machine environment. » Strong attention to detail and quality orientation. » Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment. » Flexibility to work across various machine operations. » Excellent communication skills and team player mentality. » Integrity, professional standards, and pride in work.
