With ACC, you’ll be supporting people in Aotearoa to stay safe by minimising the incidence and impact of injury, as well as helping them recover from injury if an accident does happen. What We are seeking for from you to be prosperous in this function: » Proven practice identifying business needs » The capability to influence and inspire your stakeholders with a natural confidence » You have a wide variety of practice in instructional design and work well under pressure to meet set deadlines » Delivery focussed and able to meet changes in direction when required » Have a succinct and conversational writing style » You enjoy developing eLearning solutions (preferably using Articulate Storyline 360) » You enjoy improving your design located on learnings from evaluation and feedback We’re partnering closely with our people to deliver solutions that will make ACC an even better place to work, and ensure our people have easy access to better learning and development opportunities.
