NEMA’s primary focus is on the performance and capcapability of the emergency management system as a whole, across all hazards and all risks and the 4 Rs of risk reduction, readiness, response and recovery. You’ll bring a natural aptitude for managing relationships, and a passion for best practice so you can support senior leaders, and create material and documentation to support the new NEMA. You’ll be a team player with a high level of initiative and a proactive working style, with an eye on continuous improvement. You will have: » practice in identifying, building, and actively managing relationships while valuing diverse perspectives and practices. » practice in managing work programmes to deliver agreed results. » The capability to collaborate with a range of stakeholders, resulting in positive and engaging connections.
