About the function – Atu mo te mahi The person in this function will also support the development of reporting for new services, through use of the sfn application ad will include providing reports on service utilisation data and service delivery data in a timely manner as required. This person is also expected to assist the Analytics and Insights team to analyse patterns and present conclusions about services. This may entail gathering significant information from business stakeholders and front-line staff. » Accurate reporting will be provided on time and as required » Stakeholders will be kept informed of all key findings as required » Service delivery opportunities will be identified through analysis of findings About you – Pehea koe Qualifications and practice: » Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Bachelor of Computer Science, or significant tertiary education » One year practice in an analyst function or postgraduate analytics qualification preferred » practice with data and reporting systems » An aptitude for process analysis, modelling, and reviews » An aptitude for maths, numbers, and capability to communicate data in common language. expertise and competence » Excellent computer expertise and expertise that includes advanced proficiency in Excel and Word » Strong analysis capability and problem-solving expertise » Can work in stressful situations » practice and aptitude for managing stakeholder relationships » Outcome focused » Adaptable and resilient » Effective listening and communication expertise » Uses sound judgement.
