We are seeking for multiple Executive adjuncts (Executive Support) to work alongside Te Arawhiti, Office of Maori Crown Relations. We are a fast paced, dedicated and passionate team with a strong customer focus. The leadership abilities group consists of Deputy Chief Executives and Directors so practice supporting at an equal or similar level is desirable.
We are seeking for superstars who use their initiative and who always think ahead. The ideal candidates will have excellent time management and prioritisation capabilities with strong interpersonal expertise. You will be adaptable and will have the capability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels. Switching gears will be your forte where you strive in a fast pace working environment.
Your key responsibilities in this function will be, but not limited to:
   » Diary management including scheduling internal and external meetings
   » Inbox triaging
   » Internal key advisor on internal policies and processes
   » Coordination of documentation for meetings
   » Travel and accommodation management
   » Managing correspondence including that of a highly confidential nature
   » Supporting the wider Executive Support team with general administration
   » Working to multiple managers
   » Coordination of monthly reporting
   » Provide secretariat support to internal committees
   » Contribute to wider process improvements

To be prosperous in the function:
   » Strong working knowledge of the MS Office suite
   » Excellent time management expertise
   » Confidence in working with all levels of management
   » practice working in either an Executive adjunct function or broad Personal adjunct practice and ready to take the next step in your career

income range: The appointing income for this function will be between $54,689 and $71,417 located on expertise and practice.
