About this function:
Positive change is on the horizon, and this will enable excellent career development opportunities in the Asset Management/Infrastructure space. We are seeking for an Asset Engineer to help us create and shape our vision for a Centre of Excellence for Infrastructure services, and this would appeal to an inquisitive Engineer who will contribute to our ?values centric' team, whilst we encourage you to grow your expertise and set you on a path for career success.
With a background in engineering, and a desire to ?break into' or continue your career in three waters asset management, you will work closely with a expertiseable Senior Activity Engineer and an Operations team on a range of challenging and interesting work-located activities to provide technical engineering support to the organisation.
Depending on your practice there is the opportunity to lead your own projects, with excellent mentoring available.
About you:
You will have a minimum of three years' practice in Civil Engineering (some three waters practice would be advantageous), be technically competent to understand engineering hydraulic principles, designs, technical reports and drawings. Some project or asset management planning would be useful, and solid computer literacy is essential. practice may have been gained in either local government, a private sector contracting environment, or consultancy.

You will bring sound interpersonal communication, good team, and relationship management expertise, with sound judgment and problem-solving abilities. You will possess a Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent degree (in Civil, Natural Resources, or Environmental), and have a strong desire for continued professional development.
