4 Day roster  - Full time hours
The Cardrona Hotel is on the hunt for a Chef de Partie starting immediately. We are seeking for Somebody with a minimum of 2 years practice in a fast paced kitchen enviroment and willing to work a mixture of shifts. This is a full time position with hours spread over four days where possible, leaving you time to play in the mountains or make the most of the other activities in the area. Sponshorship is available to the right person. Onsite accommodation may be available to the right person too. An interesting function with our broad menus and functions.
