About the Organisation: This is a high profile company in a sector that offers stcapability and growth. They are looking to add to their team and require initially someone to take on this function whilst reviewing their long-term options. About the function: We are seeking for an practiced EUC Engineer practiced in optimising the Information technology environment by providing hands-on support for their technologies which includes both the MS 365 and macOS environments. Job responsibilities: You'll be responsible for the administration, support and troubleshooting of the full MS suite (plus some macOS), including communication platforms such as Teams, Slack, and the Jira Service Desk. In addition, your function will cover all aspects of software management, network and connectivity, device management, troubleshooting, support and configuration, and asset management, including working with the procurement team on Information technology solutions. Appropriate qualifications: » significant qualifications in IT, computer science or a related field » MS technology certification » Similar practice, preferably in a regulated type environment » Proven practice in the areas identified under responsibilities advantages: This client is after the best available and will compensate accordingly.
