Opportunity This is a great opportunity to be part of a bicultural, cross-disciplinary museum, where you can lgain about exhibition design, work alongside experts in various fields, and also share your own fresh perspectives, especially in relation to reaching M?ori and Pacific audiences. Reporting to the Design Team Leader, this position sits in the practice Design and Content Team, within Te Papa’s Audience and Insight Directorate. Emphasis We’re looking for someone passionate about M?ori and/or Pacific design, with an evolving knowledge of connected forms, motifs, and tikanga. You’ll be keen to explore and expand your practice alongside our Design Team, and to mix with incredible storytellers and researchers in the museum sector. function The function will involve a range of activities, from business-as-usual tasks like laying out general exhibition labels and updating wayfinding signage, to supporting the design of iwi/community-located exhibitions, to contributing to our collaborative mahi more generally.
