About our team We are a small team that takes people related data and transforms Information technology into information and insights that underpin good business decisions. We focus on supporting the organisation to more effectively source and develop its people through data and analysis. About the function Drawing from modern Human Resource data systems, and the latest survey tools, you will collate, analyse and share data and insights. This includes producing monthly statistics, dashboards, survey results, and ad-hoc analyses. We also help the Ministry meet its statutory reporting obligations. About you You will be confident in drawing data from source systems, and analysis in Excel. Some practice in using SuccessFactors, SQL, PowerBI and Qualtrics would be useful. this function will suit someone who is curious about how organisations work and enjoys data analysis.
