We present daytime concerts nationally, and fully escorted music tours, both nationally and internationally, to a predominately retired population. Our professional concerts and trips are personally planned with special flavors that result in exceptional practices for our customers. About the Position: We are seeking for a vibrant enthusiastic superstar to join our concert team. Your main functions will be answering phones, customer service, managing our in-house ticketing system and various administration tasks for our many concerts all over the year. You will need an exceptional phone manner, a desire to make our customers feel great, someone who is driven, and has a passion for making things happen! This interesting and varied function willallow you to use your initiative along with strong organisational expertise. A typical day may include: » Answering phones with an capability to engage and enjoy talking to our seniors. Maintaining customer relationships so they continue to feel part of our family » Managing our in-house ticketing system (full training given). This includes processing ticket bookings, maintaining databases, knowledge reports, problem solving box office issues, technical issues and customer account enquiries » Reporting directly to our Concert Manager, you will support the team on various administration tasks » Assisting our marketing team with marketing tasks, proof-reading, social media and image editing, when required Our ideal person would have the following qualities: » 1-2 years administration/office practice » Resilience for a fast-paced environment, you must have the capability to be flexible and adaptable while using your initiative » High attention to detail and accuracy » Excellent written and oral English communication expertise. You need to be able to communicate in a friendly positive manner with our senior customers » An capability to multi-task with good time management and administration expertise » Strong commitment and passion to their work » Must be a team player and be willing to assist the team with various tasks » Not be afraid to lgain new expertise » Have excellent computer expertise; strong in excel with simple data manipulation, outlook, word and our in-house ticketing platform » Be able to think logically, problem solve and be solutions focused » Positive can-do attitude with a sense of humour » A love of music or the arts is valuable but you do not need to be able to sing! valuable (but not essential): » Basic knowledge of power point, photoshop & design programmes is a bonus! » Some previous practice working in an arts or live venue environment What's in Information technology for me?
