They are at a very exciting phase in their journey. With new investors, the hospital is expanding, and is seeking staff to run new theatres and exciting new ventures. About the function The function involves providing excellent nursing care, while participating in, and contributing to the safe and effective running of the Endoscopy Unit. You will be participating in the maintenance of endoscopes, and other specialized equipment used in procedures. You will be working with minimal supervision during endoscopic procedures, admission, recovery and discharge of patients and other procedures. About you As the prosperous candidate for this function you must have: » Current NZNC Annual Practicing Certificate. » capability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care according to individual needs. » The capability to demonstrate an knowledge of clinical risk. » The capability to demonstrate consistent professional conduct and attention to detail. » Must possess excellent verbal and written communication expertise as well as excellent interpersonal expertise with patients, staff, and other health care professionals. » Previous endoscopy practice preferred but not required.
