The function
We have many exciting opportunities for a highly motivated person to join a team with a desire to really make a difference.

tasks
• Acting as the first point of contact for any customer/consumer queries (via phone, email and website)
• End to end ownership of resolving/escalating queries within agreed timeframes
• Ensuring all processed transactions are completed to resolution
• Demonstrating a continuous improvement mindset at all times
• Processing forms, orders, applications and requests

expertise & practice
• A passion to serve customers with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Basic knowledge of PC office applications
• Excellent oral and written communication expertise
• capability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivation and resilience
