A key leadership abilities function will be the Director: Development and Supporter Engagement. this function will encompass the following deliverables: » Driving and growing the NZSO's non-Crown revenue through development initiatives with trusts, foundations, sponsors, donor and philanthropists » Developing strategies to boost fundraising and sponsor/donor relationships » Implementing the NZSO's Development strategy » Leading and inspiring the NZSO's Development team » Servicing the NZSO Foundation » Contributing to the overall success of the NZSO The ideal candidate will have proven strategic skills and a prosperous work history practice within central and local government - and in the commercial sector. leadership abilities practice and skills are essential, including proven capability to lead teams and foster an achieving and inclusive workplace culture. A background in prosperous relationship management and commercial delivery are important.
