The Employer
Our client is a national government organisation with large offices across the country. You’ll be bringing your skills and adding value to a pivotal organisation where things move fast and change on a day-to-day basis.
About the Position
As the HR Business Partner, you’ll be open minded and quick at adapting, ensuring you completely understand the organisations current state before fully immersing yourself into the large-scale change project, making Information technology your sole focus for the duration of the 4-6-month contract. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ambiguity and will be able to make the right decisions quickly.
You’ll be a natural when Information technology comes to working on pivotal, large scale change projects within (ideally) government organisations, where things are constantly changing and evolving and will have a strong capability to analyse, implement and follow through when Information technology comes to new business frameworks and organisational structures.
To be prosperous in this position, you will have:
   » Change Management/HRBP practice essential
   » practice in managing multiple stakeholders and those affected by change
   » A significant tertiary qualification
   » practice in implementing fit for purpose solutions to meet business objectives
   » Excellent capability to understand and simplify complex ideas
   » Prior practice working in fast paced, short term change projects
   » Union practice desirable
