You’ll be bringing your skills and adding value to a pivotal organisation where things move fast and change on a day-to-day basis. About the Position As the HR Business Partner, you’ll be open minded and quick at adapting, ensuring you completely understand the organisations current state before fully immersing yourself into the large-scale change project, making Information technology your sole focus for the duration of the 4-6-month contract. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ambiguity and will be able to make the right decisions quickly. You’ll be a natural when Information technology comes to working on pivotal, large scale change projects within (ideally) government organisations, where things are constantly changing and evolving and will have a strong capability to analyse, implement and follow through when Information technology comes to new business frameworks and organisational structures.
