Our private sector client in Wellington CBD is seeking an practiced Payroll agent to join their prosperous team on a 6 month contract. You will be working in a supportive workplace culture where you will be given on going professional development, with the opportunity to learn.
About the function
tasks
   » Process weekly, fortnightly and monthly client payrolls within required deadlines
   » Reconciliation of trust accounts
   » Prepare client payroll reports
   » Accurate input of employee earnings and data
   » Maintenance of the Payroll record files
   » Prepare of reports, presentations and document
   » Ensuring ad-hoc transactions have appropriate independent support
expertise & practice
   » Previous practice with a payroll system (MYOB would be an advantage)
   » Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
   » Demonstrated expertise & administering in the use of the New Zealand Holidays Act 2003
   » Excellent relationship management expertise and customer service expertise
   » Advanced Excel expertise is a must
