We need an exerienced chip runner to join our client's team this year. The main focus of the role will be assisting the crew in a range of activities, which can include but not limited to: loading and unloading trucks of materials and machinery, moving machinery, labouring and traffic controlling. This role will include weekend work (every second week), out of town jobs and long days weather permitting. Experience in the civil industry would be an advantage however not essential. If you can handle the hot working conditions and are physically fit and capable of the demands of the role we want to hear from you. To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following: »MUST be able to travel up to 30% of the season »Have a mechanical aptitude »Not afraid to get your hands dirty »Provide a minimum of two work related referees »Have good people skills and take direction well »Ability to work in a small team, and have the initiative to work alone »Take responsibility of your own work »Be a health and safety focused individual To be considered for this position, please apply online and attach a current CV and any relevant employment related certificates.
