What will you be doing?
   » Leading a small team of LMS Administrators and Coordinators and be their day to day support
   » Developing and maintaining expert expertise of significant practices and LMS functionality and potential – Totara would be preferred
   » Using your expert expertise to work collaboratively with key stakeholders to Identifying opportunities to improve LMS uscapability for learners and optimise effectiveness
   » LMS Reporting
What you need to be prosperous will include the following:
   » practice in LMS design, development, delivery support and management, and reporting and an consciousness of how a learning management system can contribute to an organisation achieving its results
   » Previous people leadership abilities practice and capability to prioritise activities, plan and deliver on projects or groups of activities, and to manage all aspects of people leadership abilities
   » Proven capability to create, configure and edit learning content in a learning management system
   » Demonstrated commitment to service excellence through continuous improvement and innovative approaches to challenges
   » Effective collaboration within an agile team environment
