Machine Setter / OperatorLocation Rodney & North ShoreAuckland Job type Full Time Salary 32 to 33 Category Engineering > Mechanical » Full time permanent role » Trade qualified Machine Maintenance Fitter » Based in West Auckland Machine Setter / Operator Urgently looking for a trade qualified mechanical fitter who has experience in fast paced manufacturing or packaging industry. This is a long-term permanent role based in West Auckland. The main objective of the role is to ensure production requirements are fulfilled in a profitable and safe manner in a safe working environment. To be successful, you need to have the following: » Trade Qualified (fitter & Turner or Machinist) relevant training / qualifications » Strong mechanical diagnostic problem-solving skills » Exposure to production schedules and time management skills essential » Knowledge of Mazatrol system advantageous. » General machine tool & tooling knowledge essential » Knowledge of safety standards to follow and enforce strict safety regulations » You enjoy being part of a team environment but have ability to work unsupervised » An uncompromising attitude towards H&S We are seeking someone with excellent technical skills, a strong work ethic, who is thorough, efficient and possess great communication skills. This is an interesting and varied role for the successful applicant. On going training and opportunities to up skill is provided and encouraged.
