We are a vibrant and positive team working with official correspondence across multiple Ministerial portfolios. Yourcan-do attitudeand your political acumen will be highly valued.
this function is at the heart of transparent and open government. Sitting in the Ministerial Advice Team, the Advisor delivers Official Information Act requests, Ministerials, Parliamentary Questions, event briefings, and Status Reports.
The Ministerial, Monitoring, and Capcapability Group (the MMC Group) spans official correspondence across multiple ministerial portfolios, Crown entity monitoring and statutory appointments, management of the Private Secretaries, business support, and navigational safety on Lake Taup?.
You will have:
   » practice in in writing official correspondence
   » An knowledge of the machinery of government, how Ministers work, and how to work with Ministers' offices
   » Excellent written and oral communication expertise
   » An capability to identify and effectively mitigate risks
   » Excellent relationship management expertise and the capability to work at all levels of an organisation
   » Demonstrated capability to deliver in a fast- paced environment
