We build websites and online practices that move people to action.We are seeking for freelance UX/UI and brand designers to work with us. Designers who share our values in creating beautiful, significant web practices, while making a positive social impact. We're big on building long term relationships and are looking for like minded creative partners to reach out to as projects come up. About the freelance UX/UI function: As an practiced and passionate UX/UI Designer, you'll be responsible for building community and government websites that are empathy-led and clean. We're looking for someone who has creative vision with strong UI expertise. Someone that can take design research and turn Information technology into highly emotive, visually compelling website solutions. Ideally you have 3+ years practice, and can work in figma. You have strong wireframing and prototyping expertise and know accessibility, modular and responsive design principles. About the freelance Brand Designer function: As a brand designer, you'll create compassionate, compelling visual identities for social and environmental organisations. We're looking for someone who can carry a project from brand concept to solution, who knows how to design for accessibility and has a mind for applying branding in digital spaces. About you: » Passionate about creating positive social impact. Ideally with practice in designing for social change, advocacy, or community spaces » You will demonstrate knowledge of, or a availability to gain an knowledge of Te Ao M?ori, tikanga and Te Reo M?ori. You will also have knowledge of, or a availability to gain an appreciation of te Tiriti o Waitangi » Ideally you have practice in kaupapa M?ori and/or Pasifika workplaces or communities » Aotearoa located About For Purpose: We’re a small team of developers, campaigners and creatives that use digital to contribute to a more just, equal, and sustainable planet.
