Key Job responsibilities: » Develop high level well informed insights » Effective data gathering » Define, develop and lead projects » Ensure OD initiatives include change management considerations » Lead and contribute to OD inititatives » Develop tool kits, templates and checklists » Identify root causes and use data to identify solutions » Build strong networks and realtionships with People and Business groups. To be prosperous in this function you will need to have excellent, up to date expertise of prtofessional practice, OD and HR tools, techniques and methodologies to support organisational and culture change and transformation. You will need to demonstrate practice in the delivery of OD projects across Diversity and Inclusion, Workforce Planning, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Capcapability Development and Talent Management. You will work in partnership with senior management and leadership abilities in a customer facing business, and build credibility quickly.
