The team is dedicated to customer success and committed to providing the best possible support experience.About the role:We are seeking a technical support person to join our customer success team in Christchurch. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing technical support and solving customer issues. You will have the opportunity to learn about the diverse world of GPS technology and telematics, as well as gain experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:» Provide technical support to the customers» Provision/configure hardware to ensure stock levels are maintained and shipments are completed in a timely manner. » Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely manner » Assist in diagnosing and solving technical issues with all of our stakeholders, including installers, hardware manufacturers, software engineers, telcos etc. » Input customer data and notes accurately and timely » Manage customer escalations professionally and focus on solutions » Collaborate with all teams within Fleetpin to ensure customer satisfaction » Stay up-to-date with the latest products and services » Continuously improve your technical and customer service skills Requirements:» Bachelor Degree in Electronic/Electrical/Software Engineering» Customer or technical support/service experience preferable, but not essential » Excellent verbal and written communication skills » Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a fast-paced environment » Proven problem-solving and solution-focused skills » Experience with CRM systems and processes (preferred) What we offer: » Opportunity to learn about GPS technology and telematics » Dynamic and fast-paced work environment » Competitive salary and benefits package » Chance to work in a customer-focused team » Suitable for a graduate to start your career path off in customer success, technical support, hardware and software development. » Great workplace culture and team environment.
