We help people navigate the health and discapability sector and find assistive products to keep them independent for longer. People enjoy the caring advice and skills of our team when they visit our stores. Many of us have practiced discapability ourselves, so what we do has deep personal meaning to us. We're all about celebrating life. We are seeking for an practiced, enthusiastic Marketing and Social Media Manager to join our team and creatively bring our brand to life. You will have technical marketing and social media practice and can demonstrate your capability to grow brand performance and deliver strong growth. We envisage you have several years of marketing already under your belt and practice across the marketing and social media spectrum. This is a hands-on function connecting with our team and the community to capture the unique stories and situations that impact people's lives day-to-day. You will be responsible for working on all aspects of marketing and social media across the organisation. You will be executing marketing and social media campaigns to drive brand consciousness, sales, and most importantly growth. Lead generation will be a very important focus for this function. Deadlines can be tight - so you'll have to think on your feet! This is a full-time function located at our Royal Oak Head Office in Auckland. With overall responsbility for our marketing budget, you will also: » have responsibility for delivering lead generation from all marketing sources. » undertake our website refresh, including content management and site optimisation continuing. » build brand consciousness and increased visibility across marketing channels. » supervise SEO & Social Media implementation, to ensure digital marketing is being optimised across various platforms. » create compelling content and messaging, for targeted email customer campaigns and newsletters, communicating positive stories from across the organisation on anything that is reputation enhancing. » ensure a tone of voice consistent with our brand in all social media interactions, including customer care and external relations. » monitor social media sentiment through social listening, social media reporting and social content creation » ensure all external communications produced are accurate, timely, effective and on-brand. » analyse campaign performance. Review insights for improved reach, conversions, and audience targeting. About You: » Strong expertise of Marketing, especially Digital and Social marketing with at least 3 years in a similar function. » Proven marketing practice, that results in quality lead generation. » Very hands-on and happy getting stuck into the nitty-gritty. » Exceptional written and spoken English; Strong copywriting capcapability. » Marketing Qualifications desired.
